Laser acquired assets from Tristate Midstream in 2023, including over 200 miles of natural gas pipeline that spans Webster, Bossier, and Caddo Parishes in Louisiana, extending across the Texas border into Harrison, Gregg, and Panola counties.

Our extensive system supports multiple downstream markets and offers a robust gathering footprint for both lean and rich gas. Strategically located in the heart of the Cotton Valley and Haynesville plays, these assets underscore our commitment to providing reliable and efficient energy solutions.

Looking ahead, we are focused on further expanding our system to service the growing demand for Gulf Coast LNG markets. By aligning our infrastructure with this critical energy corridor, we aim to strengthen our position as a leading provider of natural gas solutions.
