Mrs. Bush joins Laser Midstream as an experienced CFO with nearly 20 years of experience, having previously served with the current Laser Midstream management team during its tenure at Azure Midstream. She has demonstrated talent beyond the traditional financial executive role including driving down costs, increasing revenue and driving a top tier growth driven culture. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Audit Committee of publicly traded VIA Renewables (NASDAQ: VIA), a “green” retail energy company focused on providing renewable energy projects with an ESG (environmental, social, and governance) focus.

Through a series of multiple promotions Mrs. Bush became CFO of Azure and its general partner Azure Midstream Holdings GP, LLC (NYSE: AZUR), where she managed accounting, financial planning and analysis, capital raises, acquisitions, treasury, human resources, investor relations and divestures. Prior to joining Azure, she was CFO and served on the Board of Directors of Marlin Midstream Partners, L.P. (NYSE: FISH) and successfully launched its initial public offering in 2013. Mrs. Bush was previously CFO of Spark Energy after initially launching her career at PwC. She received a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Houston and is a Texas certified public accountant.

Mrs. Bush is passionate about children, including her 3 children (Eli, Sydney, and Ava), with a charitable focus on organizations that support underprivileged, at-risk, and abused children including- Child Advocates, Sunshine Thru the Rain, Love146, Santa Cops, and Youth-Reach Ministries.
