Beyond his strong relationships with stakeholder groups, he has a proven track-record facilitating contract negotiations with billion-dollar companies. Mr. Garrett was the VP of Commercial & Business Development during his decade-long career with Azure and served previously as a Senior Vice President of the Permian and Commercial Vice President of DCP Midstream Partners (NYSE: DCP). Other experience includes roles with Texas Oil and Gas, Acadian Gas Pipeline and McRae Oil and Gas.
